DIE-it Attempt:#3

Allright, lets get one thing straight, I KNOW I'm not fat. So I'll save you the "You're not fat, you're just tall" comments. But lets be honest, I could lose a few. So here we go. The Smash Fat diet, attempt number 3.... this month. My first attempt catapulted my sister Stacy into the diet as well. The only difference is, she lasted more than the week that I did. And by week, I mean 3 or 4 days of good dieting, the other days cheating a few bites here in there, eventually turning into a gorge of a chocolate molten cake from Chilis. It was all downhill from there. You know how it is...so many special occasions. Not only was I using the whole "Diet starts Monday!" routine, but also "after this BBQ", or "after this party" Well folks, I have come to realize there will always be that special occasion around the corner waiting to prolong my trapped skinny bod. So I'm taking Stacy's advice (who is holding strong to the diet I might add) and posting it on my neglected blog to hold myself accountable to others.

So here begins the diet from hell. First stage: the cleanse, fruits and veggies with some scarce servings of egg whites, brown rice, and yogurt. Fabulous. The title is no typo, and so begins..the Die-it.

ha, ha, ha, ha! Welcome to hell! Actually I am in Phase 3 now which is doable. But seriously, the cheat meals once a week will be your saving grace...just don't let them stretch into cheat "days" and then cheat "weekends" you get the idea.
And keep up the exercising! By the way...Powerpump tomorrow?

wow, you go girl. I have never stuck to a succesful diet. The only best decision I made was to quit drinking soda. It has been way easier to keep off weight.

Although, may I say, you looked way skinny and gorgeous in those wedding pics on facebook.

I hear you on the "trapped skinny body" because thats how I feel. I've always been pounds or a size away from looking really good.
Anyway, I started doing bob greene's Best Life Diet a little while ago, I liked it because it helps with your whole life which makes it easier to makes changes to eating and dieting.
They send me all of these tips and recipes on email, and it is free. If you want to look at it, it is on Oprah.com

Hey Jamie- we should do this diet together to stay motivated. I need to lose a bunch of weight and I am sick of being fat. So we should do it together!

I'm here to tell you all (those few that stop in to Jamie's non-existent blog) that the third time was not the charm for Jamie. She hates the diet and doesn't want to do it ever again. Even if she blogged about it.
I'm hoping my ratting her out will urge her to post something else at some point. If you want to see her sing with Jordin Sparks, go over to my blog and catch the YouTube video kentandcompany.blogspot.com

Jamie will post another blog when she remembers how to do it. Thank you very much Stacy!
